Data and purpose

We collect name, email, company or project, website address and message, along with the optional service, timeline and budget details you choose to provide. We record the page of the site from which the request is sent. We use this information to respond to your request and, where applicable, to prepare a proposal or diagnostic. Required fields are identified on the form.

Legal basis for processing

Requests for quotes and diagnostics are handled as pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject. Other inquiries are handled according to their nature and the applicable legal basis. Usage analytics is only activated with consent. The form does not subscribe you to promotional communications.

Diagnostics and providers

Audit requests are processed through our technical auditing platform, in addition to message reception. Cloudflare provides hosting, protection and anti-abuse verification; Microsoft 365 handles message reception and management; Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics 4 when you accept analytics. The technical review may use Google PageSpeed Insights, which is provided only with the public URL to be analyzed, without sending the name, email or message fields from the form. This requested analysis is separate from Google Analytics and does not depend on accepting analytics cookies.

Retention

We keep the information necessary to handle the request and the pre-contractual or business relationship and, afterwards, whatever must be retained to meet applicable legal obligations. The duration of a cookie is not the same as the retention period of an inquiry. You may request erasure where applicable.

Rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. Where the legal basis is consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Analytics can be disabled from Cookie preferences. You can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

Information to avoid sharing

Do not include credentials, health information or confidential third-party data in your initial inquiry. If the project requires processing additional information, its scope and protection will be defined before any access is granted.
